Antique Victorian Carved Blue Gemstone FIGA Fist Charm Pendant with Gold Bale. Antique Victorian Carved Gemstone (probably Agate or Lapis) Italian Figa Fist Good Luck Charm or Pendant with Gold Bale. In the Victorian Era, the Clenched Fist was a Symbol for Good Luck and for some a Symbol of Solidarity and Support. It was used on many items in the Victorian Era. This Clenched Figa or Fist is not marked but is believed to be Italian in origin.
It measures just under 1 1/2 in length and is in Excellent Condition. The Gold content was not marked. At this writing, I have three more, all different, Figa Fists listed in my Store.
