Victorian 14ct, 14k, 585 gold Dark Red Coral carved Elephant Charm, 2.9 gms This finely, carved charm, is made from a piece of genuine dark'Salmon Red' Coral, intricately hand carved with finely detailed features. Hand carved into a standing elephant with a raised trunk. (It is believed that an elephant with a raised trunk will shower good fortune on all who walk past it). The charm has a rose gold fitting attached and would most likely have graced a charm bracelet during the late Georgian, early Victorian era. A beautiful piece of dark coral displaying the natural graining that occurs naturally in coral.
