An Amazing Matching Pair of Carved Victorian Golden Oak Adjustable Bookshelves. They are typical to the late victorian era being made from a lovely golden oak The bookshelves would look well in an old or modern property in any room for storage of many books / office box files etc amongst similar antique oak furniture. These bookshelves do split in to two pieces.

These could be painted as they would look fantastic painted. The bookshelves stand on a square plinth supporting the main section where there are two large doors to the bottom.

The doors have a square bottom panel and each door has two smaller square carved top panels which is a lovely feature. There is also a carving above the doors. Behind the doors there is a shelf for storage. The shelf is not fixed so the supports could be adjusted to any height.

The top section sits neatly upon the base and is slightly set back having three adjustable shelves. The shelves are all adjustable. The top has a flat type cornice. We would be willing to split the pair if a customer only required one of them. The height is 214cm, the width is 117cm and the depth is 54cm.
