Authentic 1920s Poison Ring, featuring a bezel set genuine shell cameo en habille ("dressed with jewelry") above the secret, hidden compartment. The carved goddess has a white gold necklace, rose gold accents and is set with a old diamond. The compartment opens easily and closes snugly and the ring is in overall very good condition. No hallmarks but stamped "14K Pat Pend".
