Large Antique Gold Pinchbeck Brooch - Early Victorian/Late Georgian 19th Century - Hand Carved Shell Cameo Mounted - Hera Goddess of Love - With Safety Chain - English Rolled Gold - Travelling Jewellery Mourning. Non magnetic (except for safety chain).

67mm x 53mm x 12mm approx. Safety pin on 6.5cm long chain for added security.

There may be part of a stamp on the shell reverse, seen with loupe on the clasp side, though it's well-worn and illegible to me. There also appears to be a stamp on the reverse one of the metal'petals', though it is similarly well worn. The artwork is in good overall order. There is a single imperfection by the figure's headband, though this is minor (last photo).
