Exquisite engravings on the shoulders of this gold setting while unique dot detailing surrounds the bezel! This perfectly carved cameo measures 7 x 7 mm and is in great condition for its age.
Cameo has some minor nicking which is to be expected over all this time. Made from solid 14K gold with original patina. Hallmark has worn away over time.
