Antique Victorian 14k Gold & Carved Carnelian Intaglio Charm or Pendant VR

A very fine Victorian carnelian and gold pendant or charm with a carved intaglio of an ancient Roman soldier set in 14 karat gold. It is in overall good, as-pictured, used estate condition with some very light edge wear, some fine and light surface scratches here and there and other signs of light wear consistent with age.
