Here we have a unique antique cameo ring crafted from solid 14k yellow gold with a 10k yellow gold shank during the Victorian era. The ring features a reddish brown round flat top agate at its center set in a milgrain etched bezel.

Mounted on top of that agate there is a nicely detailed carved natural shell cameo. Accenting the agate there are 33 natural seed pearls which are shared-prong set in a halo around it.
