ANTIQUE VICTORIAN 15K GOLD CARVED CORAL WARRIOR CAMEO LOCKET PENDANT c1870. An antique solid 15 carat gold (tests thereabouts) pendant, set with a hand carved natural dark orange coral cameo of a Greek / Roman warrior, and a glass locket to the reverse. Distinctive, collectible & wearable too!

Slight signs of wear & faint denting commensurate with age and use. Cameo may benefit from a very gentle clean. Some natural inclusions to coral. DATE/MARKS : Around 1870, cameo possibly a little earlier.

DIMENSIONS : 38 x 27 mm excl. Bail (1 inch = 25.4 mm). To give an impression of scale, the coin is 19 mm or ¾ of an inch diameter.
