ANTIQUE VICTORIAN 15K GOLD FINELY CARVED SHELL PUTTI / CHERUB CAMEO BROOCH c1860. An impressive antique 15 carat gold (tests thereabouts) brooch, with an ornate bezel surrounding a natural shell cameo, finely hand carved to depict three putti / cherubs. CONDITION : All original and very good.

Slightest signs of wear commensurate with age and use. DIMENSIONS : 75 x 64 mm (1 inch = 25.4 mm). To give an impression of scale, the coin is 19 mm or ¾ of an inch diameter.
