The exceptional and uniquely designed yellow gold frame around the cameo is beautifully detailed and features textured flower work and twisted wire work for a truly elegant touch. The frame is accented with fine diamonds that are set in solid white gold, with additional diamonds and pearls gently dangling from each corner, adding a very special touch to this statement piece.
