ANTIQUE VICTORIAN 18K GOLD ENAMEL FINELY CARVED HARDSTONE CAMEO LOCKET PENDANT. An antique solid 18 carat gold (tests thereabouts) pendant; beautifully made, with engraved decoration and vitreous green & white enamel highlights around a natural hardstone cameo, finely hand carved to depict a classical female figure / goddess in high relief. With a glass locket compartment to the back, currently holding an old photo memento.

A terrific quality & beautifully carved cameo... Extremely collectible & very wearable! CONDITION : All original and very good. Slightest signs of wear and faint enamel loss commensurate with age and use - see pictures. One or two tiny nicks to cameo - negligible.

DIMENSIONS : 49 x 41 mm excl. Bail (1 inch = 25.4 mm). To give an impression of scale, the coin is 19 mm or ¾ of an inch diameter.
