DISCUSSION: Gorgeous antique Italian cameo, featuring a beautiful lady with flowers, bezel-set with twisted ribbon surround in 18k-yellow gold. Profile female portrait in white on a peach ground, hand-carved from one piece of conch shell shows the characteristic authenticating work-marks. Featuring solid gold pin-back, with rotating guard, and flip-up swivel bale (to convert to a pendant). Generous portion of 5.5 gram total weight is in gold.

Piece bears hallmark, and tests as. Extreme close-ups photos greatly exaggerate size and will over-emphasize normal micro-scratches to gold surface. Piece is eye-clean and ready to proudly wear or display.
