Antique Victorian carved 18k yg ruby and old cut diamond ring. The diamonds measure approximately 3 mm each, estimated. The diamonds appear to be old european cut and are bright and lively. The center ruby measures approximately 4 mm and the smaller rubies measure approximately 2.5 mm each, total. The rubies are a lovely deep red color. There are also eight very very tiny diamonds set in the prongs holding each diamond. Please note that this is a vintage ring and there are a couple of tiny chips in two of the rubies and one of the diamonds, however these blemishes do not detract from the beauty of the ring at eye distance. The carved details on the sides of the ring are absolutely beautiful. The ring is stamped 18k and is a rich yellow gold.

There is a maker's mark of "A & W". There is also a faint engraved inscription, but I have been unable to determine what it says, or if it is a date.

The ring is approximately size 6.75. I have described this ring to the best of my ability.
