Antique Victorian Carved French Jet Ornate Tiered Gold Plate Pendant Necklace

ANTIQUE VICTORIAN CARVED FRENCH JET ORNATE TIERED GOLD PLATE PENDANT NECKLACE. The large pendant features a carved French jet or black glass oval bezel set in an elaborate, tiered or layered gold plate setting with solid back.

The chain is a heavy, Prince of wales style chain that has a copper like glow to it. The clasp is a spring loaded style, no marks found.

CONDITION - The pendant/necklace is in fine, antique, pre-owned condition! Normal age/use wear, there is a little chipping on the edge and a couple of small cracks in glass, normal plate/rub wear on both pendant and chain, original found patina - as with all of my estate items, I have not cleaned it. SIZE - Pendant alone measures approximately 3 1/8" long, 2 1/8" wide, 1/2" thick, chain is 24 1/2" long, 1/8 wide.
