Exquisite 18ct, 18k, 750 Gold Sapphire & Diamond carved hoop ring, Circa 1980

Exquisite 18ct, 18k, 750 Gold Sapphire & Diamond carved hoop ring, Circa 1980. Stunning carved hoop ring, featuring three Sapphires and six diamonds, mounted in an 18ct yellow gold setting. The centre Sapphire measures 4.5 x 4mm and is flanked by two, 3 x 3.5mm Sapphires with six accent diamonds mounted between. The Sapphires are a lovely royal blue colour, they have a combined carat weight of around 0.64ct.

The diamonds are clean and fiery and have an estimated carat weight of 0.06ct. Giving a total gemstone carat weight of around 0.70ct.

Hallmarked: 18ct (denotes 18ct gold). Sapphire is the traditional birthstone for September. Diamond is the traditional birthstone for April. Looks great worn as an engagement ring or stacked with other rings.

The head of the ring measures 6 x 17mm and the width of the band is 2.3mm. RING SIZE: UK: H 1/2 USA: 4 (Sizing available on request). DATE: Victorian (1837 to 1901).
