This is a beautiful and elegant 12k Fill Cameo Pendant Brooch Necklace. 12k Chain is stamped on Novelty Vintage Clasp and Cameo is stamped on back inside setting. She is a right facing Victorian Lady Hand Carved From Shell.

The Gold setting has a dainty border which makes a heart at the top and bottom. She is cold to the touch has has the curve of the Shell.
